Modern Brownie Ideas

"HUG IN A MUG"

In your favourite microwavable mug, mix in 1/4 cup of Modern Brownie Mix, 1 tsp melted butter, 1 tbsp hot water and either 1 egg yolk (richer, more dense) or 1 egg white (fluffier, more cakey) or use 1/2 of a whole whipped egg for some balance!
Mix and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds. End result should have a firm top and liquid should be gonzo!
The rest is up to you whether or not to throw in ice cream, dolce de leche or whatever else completes your Modern Hug In A Mug!!
